Responsibilities：
Modeling, design, simulation and verification of highly integrated ICs such as DC-DC converters, high performance OP-AMP, ADC/DAC, linear regulators, and other types of analog/mixed-signal ASICs.
Implement full-featured behavioral models of complex analog/mixed-signal ICs.
Preparing documentation for own work.
Presenting own work to whole team in both Chinese & English.
Assist in silicon validation and lead troubleshooting efforts to root out unintended circuit behavior through simulation, FIB, and intensive laboratory debugging.
Requirements:
CAD Tools:
- Proficient in Cadence Virtuoso CAD tool suite: schematic, layout, simulation and verification.
- Familiar with Verilog and digital design/verification tools is a plus.
- Know well about SIMPLIS & Matlab is a plus.
- Top-down analog behavioral modeling methodology including Verilog-A/AMS as appropriate.
Familiar with scripting languages such as Skill/Ocean, Python is a plus.
Design experience with the following area will be preferred:
- ADC/DAC
- OP-AMP
- DC-DC conversion: switch-mode or linear regulators
- PLL/CDR
- Continuous and discrete-time analog integrated filters
- I/O interfaces
- Analog test (DFT) interfaces
Good English reading and writing skills, requires understanding of English product specifications.
Microelectronic related major, full-time Master degree or above.
2-3 years of experience in designing analog chips is preferred.
Diligent and eager to learn, with a sense of responsibility.
