We’re currently looking for a Education Development Manager on a full time basis. This position sits within the Learning & Commercial, based in our Shanghai office.

The job

Reporting to the Regional Head of Learning & Education - China, on a day to day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:

Leading implementation of various talent development prgrammes with national strategic education partners, incl. pathway programmes, and conduct regular project review to ensure programmes meet the desired outcomes.
Leading 4-year affiliate conversion work, working cross teams, using WeCom to improve engagement, incl. EPSm campaign, improve FAQ efficiency and personalised support
Coordinating accreditation and CE related works, esp. MPAcc programmes.
Supporting ACCA Learning project opportunities with other partners (e.g. CertSF, EPSm, new sustainbity courses, etc.) and contribute to the process and afer-sales-support optimisation.
Providing progression support to students and tutors where needed
Providing programme delivery support for Smart Finance programmes (in training & developing tutors).
The person

We’re looking for someone who:

is ACCA qualified with good understanding of ACCA qualifications
has 6+ years of working experiences within and good understanding of professional education.
Experience of engaging with ACCA students, tutors, ALPs/universities is a must.
Experience of developing local ACCA programmes or products is a plus.
has practical experiences in leading projects with internal and external stakeholders, preferably within education/training environment.
has strong communication and people skills, good at organising and presenting ideas, good at influence others, etc
has strong analysis and evaluation skills by reviewing data and facts collected from various internal and external channels.
has strong written and verbal language skills in both Mandarin and English.
is self-driven and excellent time management skills, and can work under pressure.
