负责日常HR业务的事务性工作，包括政策、流程、项目的跟进等
主要职责:
1、 执行人员招聘，包含渠道开拓，更新广告，人员甄选，录用及报到等流程。2、负责员工全生命周期的管理。
3、协助提供相关数据用于薪资、商业保险以及员工福利等。
4、 跟进公司相关培训工作并保管记录。
5、提供行政支持以确保高效的、以及优化成本的日常运营中。
6、 组织公司活动，如旅游、年会、团建等。
7、其他临时安排的工作

任职资格:
1、本科以上学历，人力资源、法务或行政相关专业。
2、5年以上HR或行政相关工作。
3、优秀的沟通、合作、及人际交往的技巧。
4、较好的组织能力、缜密的逻辑思维及数据分析能力。
5、良好的时间管理及团队成员。
6、仔细、正直及富有责任心。
7、熟悉办公软件
8、较好英语基础，能够日常交流

注：本岗位5月份会搬迁到宝山顾村工作。
