Responsibilities:
1. To report to the CEO of PSC Asia
2. To manage the preparation of quotations, proposals and orders.
3. To track sales progress and support forecast efforts
4. To manage customer satisfaction
5. To follow up on submitted information by telephone
6. Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives.
7. Perform appropriate prospecting activities to identify qualified prospects for new business development.
8. Use the consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections and maximize sales activity within assigned territory.
9. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and the community in order to develop new business.
10. Collaborate with appropriate internal resources to develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to the account.
11. Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts.
12. Maintain documentation of sales activities in order to facilitate appropriate reporting.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree qualification preferred
Technical background (e.g. had quality system, validation or EU regulatory knowledge experience) worked for MNC in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry is a bonus.
Strong sales track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong PC skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills specifically Word and Excel
Excellent administration skills
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Well presented
