岗位职责:
Operational tasks
1. EHS: According to the government and site EHS rules, comprehensively implement related EHS policy and procedure, training maintenance team and in-house contractors to ensure all maintenance work to match all EHS requirement;
2. Ensure safe work practice when executing all maintenance work at PM plants.
3. Ensure all maintenance documentation is performed according to ISO requirements.
4. Administrate SAP-PM and manage preventive maintenance activities to ensure corrective/ preventive/ predictive maintenance work is performed on time and according to schedule via SAP-PM.
5. Co-ordinate with the local authorities such as DOE (Department of Environment) for plant inspections and machinery certification.
6. Lead (indirectly) a team of Maintenance personnel for equipment preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & repairing.
7. Ensure the maintenance engineer / technician has the necessary skilled manpower & all maintenance crew are competent on performing their job. Provide or coordinate necessary training when necessary
8. Drive continuous improvement focus on Equipment reliability & be responsible to the Equipment performance within Plants.
9. Ensure correct machine setup (E.G. on Extruder) & be accountable for the product quality produced that related to machine setup.
10. Develop and monitor departmental Operational KPIs, in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operational activities.
11. Ensure the Equipment installed (or to be installed) in the plant comply with local regulations. This including the validity of equipment related permits and licenses.
12. Undertake special assignments or projects when required by Superior.
13. Ensures that optimum manpower, tools, equipment and proper working systems to manage maintenance services as needed by PM plants.
14. Evaluation of yearly maintenance cost for the most critical machines, work out a budget and cost controlling for important maintenance items.
15. Responsible for coordinating and monitoring purchasing of equipment, consumable and spare parts.
16. Ensure a good housekeeping and proper waste disposal in the maintenance according to the procedures and governmental regulation.
17. Takes care of the SAP PM maintenance software utilization by ensuring users are knowledgeable and disciplined enough use the software properly.
18. Analyses the need to upgrade the staff skills and knowledge and recommends for the appropriate training.
19. Plans and schedules annual plant shutdown activities with the other section managers in the PM and in close coordination with the managers in the Production Department.
20. Troubleshoots and provides technical solutions to solve equipment problems faced by Maintenance Engineer in their work.
21. Ensure the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO TS 16949 and Process Safety Management by practicing them accordingly to ensure full compliance with the requirements as stipulated in the system.

22. Be responsible for development of maintenance strategy based on Risk Based Maintenance.
Management tasks
23. Regularly report and closely monitor Equipment KPI; Take corrective actions to address the gap to ensure plant meets the KPI;
任职要求:
- Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in the field of Automation, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
- Working Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experiences in Automation, Instrumentation, maintenance activity in Manufacturing plant / industry.
Minimum 10 years’ experiences in DCS, PLC control system configuration / program, maintenance activity in Manufacturing plant / industry.
SIEMENS PLC / HIMA SIS experience preferred

- Technical & Professional Knowledge ？ Good knowledge in chemical / manufacturing plant maintenance
Computer literate – Microsoft Application
Good communication in oral and written in English
