Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote Company’ products and services actively within the metallographic industry
销售公司金相设备耗材及服务
- Aggressively retain and grow existing customers as well as find and develop new prospects within material testing facilities at all levels of the organization
主动维持现有大客户拜访管理并拓展新的商机
- Responsible for managing CRM system for both current and prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from other sales reps, trade shows, advertisements and other sources. Qualifies leads through initiating follow up.
通过CRM系统对现有及潜在客户进行商机管理。并对展会,渠道,广告的商机进行有效跟踪
- Owns the monthly Sales Forecast and Opportunity pipeline

- Initiates contact through phone, e-mail and visits to both regular and prospective customers to solicit interest in Company’ instruments. Maintains all customer contact records in CRM.

- Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.

- Quotes prices, credit terms and prepares sales contracts for all orders obtained.

- Communicates with customers to gather information needed for market research studies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science or related field along with 3+ years of technical sales experience.
大学本科。工程,材料学相关专业。至少3年以上相关销售经验。
- Preferred experience in electron industry, technology, capital equipment, and/or instrument sales in the Quality Control/Quality assurance, laboratory or R&D environment

- Strong track record in new business development – demonstrable capability of turning identified new business opportunities into sales revenue in a timely manner in a highly competitive sector
