职位描述
Job Title – People Business Enabler - Digital Technology
Location – Jiading, Shanghai.
Job Summary:
- Implement SKF People strategies in the responsible business area and drive
efficient ways of working and full value chain. Work with all the People
Experience community especially with other PBEs to ensures all activities are
aligned in accordance with the SKF way of working and culture.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Supports organizational evolution by providing appropriate solutions to
the business from the PX perspective.
2. Support and facilitate workforce planning to support the company business
development and implement recruitment strategies and plans., work with other
PBEs to support all recruitment activities including: recruitment needs
consolidated and analysis; face to face interview, work with People Service
team to ensure hiring effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency;
3. Be responsible for employee lifecycle management in the responsible area
from PBE side to create good employee experiences;
4. Support the recognition and reward programs to drive the employee at high
engagement level.
5. Proactive engagement in the various employee relation matters in both
office and technicians, be able to explain company rules and regulations in a
professional manner
6. Support performance development process
7. Support the employee survey and other PX activities to ensure the positive
employee relations
8. Work with business team to drive competence development especially FVC
engineering development
9. Support and coordinate management team to assure the employees discipline
in place.
Job Requirements:
1. University degree in Business Administration or HR management is preferred
2. Above 8 years’ experience as HR Professional working cross the core PX
functions with the specific experience in one expert area. HR BP experience in
business functions is preferred.
3. High learning agility and good analytical thinking.
4. Good communication and coordination skill. Being down-to-earth, hands-on
and detail-oriented.
5. Able to work under high pressure & complex environment with “can-do”
attitude
6. English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form.
