Position Summary / 职位概况
Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair for ZEISS products to meet the requirements from customer
l Build good relationship with customers and provide timely response to all requests from both internal and external customers.
Main Tasks / 主要任务
I Work and perform in compliance with company’s regulation and request.
l Demonstrate customer service skills and knowledge with a high level of passion and dedication.
l Demonstrate strong and efficient ability to learn a skill on Coordinate Measuring Machines utilizing mechanical and electronic aptitude.
l Provide customer service in field such as machine installation, maintenance activities, troubleshooting and repair, etc.
l Provides documents activities performed utilizing the required format, such as service report, technical report, CPO report, etc.
l Develop and maintain relationship with customer to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction.
l Respond to satisfaction surveys, working to resolve customer care issues.
l Provide timely response to all requests from both internal and external customers.
l Perform necessary administrative paperwork in complete and accurate manner.
l Solutions oriented with ability to work independently in a high pressure, fast paced and innovative environment.
l Feedback in time on product quality issues on site, as well as marketing information to the company.
l Ensure direct reports maintain company-issued test equipment and support tools.
l Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements / 要求Education / 教育背景
l College or above degree in industry technology relevant. Major in mechanical and electrical is preferred
Experience /经验
l 2 years of relevant working experience, prefer on installing, troubleshooting industrial electronics, machines or computer systems
l Previous Coordinate Measuring Machine installation and troubleshooting experience is preferred however not required.
l Excellent communication and customer service aptitude is required.
Other skills /其他技能
l Microsoft operating system knowledge is required
l Be able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team.
l Good command of written and spoken English
l Willingness to travel domestic and internationally.
