SUMMARY
摘要
The role carries a high level of responsibility for achieving targets and growth in revenues, managing employed sale force, implementing agreed business strategy, applying professional judgment and ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies and standards.
此职位需具备高度责任心,以实现目标和收入增长、管理行业内销售人员、执行商定的经营策略、运用专业的判断,并确保遵守公司的政策方针和标准。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
基本岗位职责包括以下内容。其它职责亦可指派。
1.Sales and Business development (Travels up to 50% of the time)
销售开发及业务拓展(差旅时间达50%)
Achieve overall national sales target of OIL and GAS segment by formulating sales plan and executing sales plan;
制定并执行销售计划,全面实现全国石油与天然气行业的销售目标;
To account for OIL and GAS distributor and end customer growth, Footing and Revenue. Buildup working relationships with sales distribution channels and OIL and GAS accounts, while develop new strategy channels to maximizes sales penetration and market share.
核算石油与天然气行业的经销商和最终用户的发展、地位以及收益情况。与销售分销商渠道、石油及天然气行业客户建立工作关系,同时发展新的战略销售渠道,最大限度地提高销售普及率和市场占有率。
Establish and maintain Customer Satisfaction. Dig out more opportunities and develop more business from OIL and GAS segment.
建立并维护客户满意度。挖掘出更多机遇,发展更多石油和天然气行业的业务。
Ensure adequate communication and training available to all channels on the value proposition and related offers and specific campaigns launched from time to time
确保有充足的交流与培训提供给所有在价值主张上的渠道,并不时地推出相关优惠,开展宣传活动。
Responsible for sales support activities act as the interface of company and coordinate with regional sales people to provide pre-sales support (PowerPoint presentation, Product demo and Road Show, Training, bidding process, contract term management)
负责担当公司层面的销售支持活动,与区域销售人员协调合作,提供售前支持(PPT展示、产品演示、路演、培训、投标、管理合约条款)
2.Marketing and Product Development
市场营销及产品研发
Close cooperation with the Product Managers on product design
在产品设计上与产品经理密切合作
Close cooperation with Marketing Manager on designing customer communication and promotion strategy
在设计客户交流和推广策略上与市场营销经理密切合作
Proactively undertake customer research and frontline feedback on a continuous basis to gain insights into customer needs and market trends
主动承担客户研究与前线反馈,不断深入了解客户需求和市场趋势
Monitoring and analyzing competition
监测和分析行业竞争
3.Coaching & Performance Management 辅导及绩效管理
Formulate business plan and market development plan;
制定业务计划和市场发展计划;
Establish and lead high quality sales team to achieve sales plan;
建立并领导高素质的销售团队,以实现销售计划;
Ensure adherence to agreed performance management measures within OIL AND GAS SEGMENT of responsibility, including job coaching and performance management
确保遵守在石油和天然气行业内商定的绩效管理措施,包括作业辅导和绩效管理的责任
Responsible for managing the sales force and implementing training and other initiatives to ensure they are qualified to sell the range of services, and moral is maintained at a high level
负责管理销售团队、实施培训及其他措施方案,以确保他们有资质销售提供一系列的服务,并维持较高的道德水准。
Experience in PPE, tooling, instrument, equipment associated with oil/gas industrial is highly preferable.
如果有和石油天然气有关的劳保类,工具类,仪器仪表和设备类的销售经验,则优先考虑。
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 教育和/或经验
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from College or university and a minimum of three years in Industrial Segment sales
大专或大学文科学士学位和至少三年的工业市场销售
