Regional Reporting: Shanghai Branch Chief Dealer
Functional Reporting: Shanghai Branch Chief Dealer
Working Location: Shanghai
Job Purpose & Objectives
? Participate in all the processes relative to the Management of Branch Liquidity
? Participate in Money Market and FX Market Making activity
Key Responsibilities
? Assist Chief Dealer in the management of Branch Balance Sheet in compliance with Regulation and internal policies: Liquidity Ratios Projections, Risk Reports, and Daily Internal Transfer Prices.
? Participate in the Market Making and Risk Manage GM products (Fx Spot, Fx Fwds) with approved counterparties and clients.
? Maintain trading relationship with counterparties and participate in Master Agreements Negotiations
? Work closely with Sales Teams on the Client Onboarding process and Relationship Management
? Keep updated on China Financial Markets trends and developments
Qualifications & Experience
? BS Degree holder in Science, Engineering or Business
? 7y+ years of experience in ALM functions and FX/Money Market in Mainland China, preferably in a foreign bank’s branch in China Mainland
? Good understanding of local Banking and Global Markets regulations
Knowledge & Skills
? Bloomberg, Reuters, CFETs Dealing License
? Native in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English
Other Skills
? Strong interpersonal, communication and team playing skills
? Able to work in a matrix reporting structure, multi-functional and cross-cultural environment
? Well-organized and meticulous
? Ability to work under pressure
