职位描述 Job Description：
？ 负责对售后耗材备件进行客户联系、沟通，SAP订单处理和发货；
？ 提升售后营销，完成并超越公司所规定的售后业绩指标；
？ 回访客户，维护客户关系，有效反馈沟通，提升用户满意度；
？ 客户信息统计及分析，提供定期的工作报表；
？ 应收账款的核算、催收；
？ 库存管理，负责入库货物的检查、验收，出入库货物数据的核对，SAP库存维护及核对；
？ 完成经理交代的其他工作；
职位要求Qualifications/Requirements：
？ 行政，国际贸易，物流等相关专业背景，专科及以上学历；
？ 3年以上工作经验；
？ 做事认真、敬业、勤奋，人际沟通能力强，善于与同事配合，学习能力强，有挑战精神；
？ 熟练操作办公软件如WORD、EXCEL及POWERPOINT等；
？ 具有一定英语书写和口语沟通能力。
