职责描述：
MAIN ASSIGNMENTS:

- Sourcing:
? Supplier and Item/service sourcing
? Supplier Relationship Management
? Request for Quotaiton (RFQ)
? Negotiation and Commercial Terms Review for goods and services within responsible purchase scope
? Creat and maintain Supplier Master Data
? Request for Supplier Creation to GL
? Create and maintain Item Master Data
? Create and maintain Purchasing Agreements
? Manage New/Alternative Item Introduction Process

- Merchandising:
? Manage Purchase Requests
? Create and submit Purchase Orders
? Purchase Order delivery following up
? Coordinate for Dunning Letters
? PDB reporting

- Driving best practice and improve process compliance for reponsbablle BUs
- Group Purchase System Installation Support to Purchase Team Key User

PURCHASE SCOPE:
Consumables, Indirect Categories and Capex




任职要求：
Personal Skills and Experience:
? More than 3 years related working experience in MNC as purchasing or finance role
? Excellent drafting, oral and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and internal & external interpersonal skills;
? Demonstrated problem-solving skills and target driven
? Willing to learn and can work under pressure
? Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
? Knowledge of Chemical Analysis, Material Science or EMC and Saftety Testing is a plus


Language skills and level expected :
? Chinese Mandarin as a Must;
? English listening, reading, speaking and writing required meeting commercial communication level as a plus
