职位描述
Key responsibilities and accountability - includes but is not limited to:
- Achieve customer confidence and trust via relationship building.
- Design in/win projects following Fingerprints’defined sales strategy.
- Manage channel and partner relationship, ensure product fulfilment based on customer requirements.
- Provide insight on competitive offerings, sales strategy, roadmap, and competition situation.
- Collaborate with internal resources to ensure product launches according to plan.
- Follow company processes and contribute to their improvement.
- Communicate effectively to various stakeholders.
Requirements
- College degree or above
- >5 years in sales for mobile industry
- >3 years experiences in managing top 5 mobile accounts
- Sophisticated skills in dealing with various stake holders
- Excellent in coordinating teams and motivating people to work toward same goal
- Strong negotiation skills to align with various stake holders both internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and engage others effectively at all levels and different nationalities, being persuasive, responsive, and structured
- Being able to travel extensively
