职位描述Job Description:

1 参与并完成与设计相关的投标工作

 Produce space planning, design concept and finish proposals

2 主导和协调设计方案的形成和最终确立

 Prepare design presentation and drawings from initial communication stage till the whole package is submitted

3 制作设计简报并作为主设计人向客户介绍简报内容

 Make design presentation to clients

4能够独立运作室内设计项目

  Develop design package and full set of construction drawing package independently

5 协调施工方和材料供应商，并与项目总监一起控制工程质量和进度；能很好地和公司其他部门管理层合作。

 Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for design; control project quality and schedule together with project manager; well coordinate with other department directors within the company.

任职要求Recruiting Requirement:

1 大学或大学以上设计专业的学历；2年以上室内设计工作经验

 Bachelor’s degree or above in the field of interior design or related majors; Minimum 2 years working experience in interior design

2 具有良好的工作态度和高度的工作责任心，沟通协调能力强

 Nice attitude and strong sense of responsibility; Good organization and coordination skills

3熟练操作绘图软件, 包括CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop等

 Good command of AutoCAD, Sketchup, PS and MS-office

4 具备较好的英语听说读写能力。

 Good spoken/written English skill.

Chapman Taylor is an international practice of architects, master planners and interior designers operating from 16 regional offices and with experience of working in over 90 countries around the world.
