本岗位劳动合同与昕特玛集团旗下子公司【欧诺法化学（上海）有限公司】签订。

根据公司规定的工艺流程、操作程序及工作指令来完成生产任务。中专/技校以上学历，化工相关专业，两年以上化工装置操作经验，有聚合工艺从业人员证书优先。12小时翻班，做二休二，该职位在漕泾工厂。

主要职责:

    

·       严格遵守公司和生产部各项规章制度。

    

·       确保所有作业符合安全要求，发现安全隐患或不安全状态应立即停止作业并及时汇报班长。

    

·       严格按照生产部的操作规程进行安全操作，根据生产指令合理、高效、优质地完成任务。

    

·       负责生产区域的现场设备正常启停操作。

    

·       按照要求进行现场巡检并记录，及时向班长汇报不正常情况。

    

·       负责生产现场区域的卫生工作。

    

·       根据公司和部门要求认真学习新的工艺和操作。

    

·       根据工作实际提出合理化改进建议。

    

·       负责原料BD、ST、2-VP、AA、MAA槽车采样及卸车工作。

    

·       负责IBC桶、槽车、液袋和200kg塑料桶的成品灌装工作。

    

·       负责污水池内废水的装车工作。

    

·       负责灌装线的过滤器滤袋更换。

    

·       负责准备车间的原料准备和配制工作，采样工作，准备车间原料零包/零桶余量的管理工作。

    

·       负责烘房物料进出和使用的工作。

    

·       配合DCS操作员完成日常生产和检维修相关工作。

    

·       按照要求认真进行交接班工作，并做好记录。

    

·       按照公司的安全和环境政策开展工作，确保SHE符合公司内部相关的SHE规范以及其它法律和公司标准。

    

·       上级主管交代的其他任务。

    

任职要求：

    

·       中专/技校以上学历，化工相关专业

    

·       两年以上化工装置操作经验

    

·       工作认真负责

    

·       有聚合工艺从业人员证书
