岗位职责：
1.根据市场调研，确定消费者定位，进行运营策划与执行；微信公众号管理及系统开发维护，公司官网的维护与更新。
2.细分市场和消费者需求，制定相应的营销计划，并进行市场活动的执行和分析
3.积极拓展，维护品牌和客户的合作关系，配合市场推广销售计划，洽谈联合促销活动方案与执行，建立长期良好合作关系
4.策划推广公司品牌知名度与美誉度的线下活动方案与执行，聆听消费者的意见和建议，收集汇报，总结与改进
5.公司展会组织及执行工作等。
职位要求：
1．本科含以上学历，3-5年以上工作经验，有有食品或快消品行业经验优先，有自媒体经验可考虑；
2．有较强的市场感知能力、敏锐的把握市场动态，清楚把握消费者心理；
3．具备良好的沟通协调能力，富有责任心和工作激情；
4．工作踏实，具有团队精神，积极肯干；
5．较好的文字功底；擅长文案撰写。
6．熟练电脑MS office操作，会PS为佳
