职责描述：
负责技术中心项目和研发管理体系（流程、体系、方法论等）的规划、制定和维护更新
Responsible for programing, compiling and maintenance of the system management for technical center including workflow, institution and methodology for both project and product development 完成技术中心项目和产品开发流程体系规划，并按时按质完成对应的文件
Complete the technical center project
development process and system planning, finish the corresponding documents on time and quality
负责技术中心项目的质量审核
Responsible for quality audit for technical center projects 定期组织部门内部项目审核，支持工程项目经理完成项目配置、风险和过程质量管理等工作
Regularly audit for departmental project, and support engineering project manager to complete project configuration, risk and process quality management
负责E-BOM、数模、图纸等数据的维护和管理
Responsible for the maintenance and management of E-BOM, 3D models, drawing and other data 完成新产品数据发布审核以及零部件和技术文件编号管理，保证准确性和及时性
Complete new product data release, and parts and technical document numbering management to ensure correctness and promptness
负责技术中心研发项目变更管理
Responsible for change management of R&D projects of technical center 组织协调变更审批工作，跟踪变更实施情况，完成变更后的E-BOM、图纸、数模等的升级受控和变更月度、年度报告等
Organize and coordinate change approval, track the implementation of change, complete the upgrade of E-BOM, drawings and 3D models after the change, finish monthly and annual reports of change
负责技术中心信息系统的规划和实施，并在技术中心内部开展系统使用培训
Responsible for planning and actualizing of information system and carrying out system use training in technical center 按时按质完成信息系统的规划，协调部门职能模块、支持IT完成信息系统的文件流程需求，以及系统的实施和技术中心内部使用培训
Complete the planning of the information system on time and quality, coordinate the function groups of the department, support IT to complete the document workflow and achievement of the information system, and carrying out system use training in technical center
负责收集和管理技术中心的技术项目资料
Responsible for collecting and managing the technical project information of technical center 协助工程项目经理进行资料的编辑与归档，包括客户技术要求、专利、标准、法规、合同等
Assist the engineering project manager to edit files, including customer technical requirements, patents, standards, regulations, contracts, etc

任职要求：
? 本科及以上学历
? Bachelor degree or above
? 车辆工程 / 机械 / 材料 / 电子等相关专业
? More than 2 years working experiences
? 汽车行业研发质量管理，研发流程体系管理或产品数据管理经验
? Experiences in R&D quality management，R&D process system management or product data management in automotive industry
? 丰富的产品开发审核经验
Experience in conducting quality assurance in terms of product development.
? 具有工程团队内部项目协调或者项目管理经验
? With experiences of internal coordination within engineering team or project management
