职位描述
Job Objective:
*Responsible end to end sales operation process to strike happy and satisfactory customer experience. Lead and drive healthy sales business metrics by implementing effective sales program activities, perform excellent leadership skill and work happily with cross functional team members to resolve challenges.
Key Duties:
*Lead sales end to end operations and drive GP targets according to the annual budget by developing solid and effective sales programs
*Design and implement measurable sales tools which able to track customer data base, sales performance and metrics, activities plan, details program i.e. action plans, objectives, goals, schedules, owner role, assignments and track on time deliverables
*Maintain and penetrates current customer base, along with identifying and converting prospective customers, keep good record of customer past and future visiting plan
*Implement regular review cycle time to track sales performance, zoom in area of improvement by recommending effective sales plan to bridge revenue gap to achieve targeted sales opportunities. Oversees and verifies reporting of sales activities, including leads generated and tracking reports, sales order received, sales by product, actual performance to targets, backlog reports and customer lists and determines appropriate reporting frequency, such as, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
*Participate and recommend to improving company product, design and quality together with product development and testing team base on customer feedback or market survey.
*Be a point contact to manage end to end operational issues and resolve them, work with respective team from Production, Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics and Customer Service department closely for timely product delivery. Leverage cross-functional resources to achieve results and meet customer needs.
*Handle other projects as required by senior management, have an open mind to introduce new idea of what best for company, organize customer program where appropriate
*Assists and supports sales personnel where necessary, conduct customer survey and gather feedback, evaluate, analyst and identify area of improvement and recommend alternate business solution to strike for Business excellent
Skills and Abilities Requirement:
* Works with minimum direction and able to make decision based on appropriate information and analysis.
* Positive thinker with good problem solving skills
* Strong communication skill and flexible working attitude
Requirements:
*University graduate, preferable good command of English
*Aggressive and good team player,
*3-5 years sales experience with strong operation background
*Good planning and coordination capability
