Objective:
Responsible for recording of all accounting transactions on timely basis

Key Duties:
Record of the payable invoices and payment
Checking of the periodic stock take variations
Posting of payable invoices
Posting of sales invoices
Preparation of monthly provision for various major expenses
Preparation of the monthly management reports and quarterly reports to head office
Perform reconciliation for sub ledger and general ledger
Handle other ad hoc assignments required by Accounting Manager.

Requirement:
University or college degree with major in Accounting or Finance
Above 2 years work experience in accounting fields with MNC
Accountant qualification certificate
Strong PC skills required (word, excel, etc)
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
Demonstrates ability to learn quickly in a new environment
Demonstrates teamwork abilities, as well as persistence and independence
Attention to detail, hard working, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting
Able to work under pressure within deadline
