 1、按照公司项目开发流程，领导项目开发团队，制定项目开发计划，负责从项目启动到量产的所有相关事宜

 2、及时完成自己负责项目的交付物，并且监督项目团队成员完成相关的项目交付物，以满足客户节点文件提交需求

 3、充分识别项目开发风险并采用有效措施进行预防，及时向公司管理团队汇报项目进展并组织项目阶段性评估会议

 4、作为项目对外的接口人，与项目的上、下游团队协同开展工作

 5、主导前期技术评估，并输出TR或QTR文件

 6、主导项目变更事宜

 7、完成主管安排的其它任务

任职要求：

1、2年及以上的汽车行业项目管理经验，熟悉TS16949和APQP流程  

2、具备优秀的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力；

3、英文良好 

4、学历：大专及以上 

5、 有设计开发经验 者优先录用
