职位信息
1. 文书管理：负责公司各类工商、证照和章程变更、年检等证照手续的办理。
2. 固定资产和办公用品管理：负责固定资产、办公品统筹和购买；确保公司固资安全，做好并维护固定资产、办公品台账、固资卡片、固资签；维护公司邮箱的安全。
3. 接待和会务管理：包括电话接听、访客接待、快递收发；负责商务接待、会议等活动的统筹工作和其他临时性会务组织工作，包括场地租赁、场地布置、会议用餐、茶歇等；
4. 办公室管理：办公区域的秩序、环境管理（阿姨保洁工作、空气治理，绿植、香氛、文化宣传等）、设备安全及正常运转（包括灯具、复印机、空调等）；负责公司的装修、搬迁等事宜；
5. 企业文化活动：组织策划员工活动（下午茶、生日会、司庆、年会、年度旅游 、聚餐等），节日礼品和贺卡
6. 协助公司各项规章制度的制定，进行格式的调整、检查等工作；
7. 编制年度行政预算，同时合理管控行政费用支出，月度进行预算分析；
负责制定各类行政应急和突发事件的应急处理；
8. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，行政或管理类专业；
2、2年及以上行政相关工作经验，有工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉操作财务软件，熟练使用excel、word等办公软件；
4、对数据敏感，有较强的数据分析和处理能力；
5、可较好地使用英语进行沟通；
6、耐心细致、条理性强，具有较强的责任心，良好的沟通协调能力、团队精神，具良好的职业素养和原则性，能主动积极开展日常工作。
