职责描述：
？ According to relevant laws and regulations, improving the company's regulation and policy related to employee relationship, assisting with formulating relevant policies and procedures and promoting their implementation to ensure compliance;
？ Responsible for the management of Labor Contracts, including but not limited to the fulfillment, dissolution and termination of Labor Contracts;
？ Assist labor risk prevention, labor dispute management, etc.;
？ According to Labor Rules, being responsible for the management of Labor Discipline, Awards and Penalties;

？ 根据相关法律法规要求，完善公司劳动关系方面制度，制定相关政策和流程，并推动落实，确保合规性；
？ 负责劳动合同的管理，包括不限于劳动合同的履行、解除、终止等；
？ 协助劳动风险的预防、劳动争议的管理等；
？ 根据公司规章制度，负责劳动纪律、嘉奖与处分等管理；

任职要求：
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in HR Management, Business Management, Law, Psychology or other related studies preferred;
？ Above 2 years related working experience preferred;
？ Fluent proficiency English, other language like Japanese is preferred;

？ 本科以上学历，人力资源管理、法律、商务、心理学等专业优先；
？ 具有2年相关工作经验；
？ 英语听说读写能力优秀，擅长其他语言（日语）等优先；
