职位描述：
- Provide professional pre & post quantity surveying services, contract management/ administration, cost control and finalization of accounts for the assigned projects
- Monitor all quantity surveying matters including procurement and tendering, contract administration, cost planning, cost control and final accounts
- Implement and drive procurement strategy, policies and procedures
- Coordinate with consultants on tender documentation, tender addenda, analysis and recommendation for award
- Advise on tendering and contractual arrangements based on design information available, current market situation, time frame required and other considerations
- Conduct research on vendor capabilities and deliverables; identify pool of reliable vendors and suppliers
- Management and negotiation of contract, tender and bulk purchasing discussions to obtain the optimum mix of price and quality
- Perform other work duties as assigned
- Frequent travel may be required

职位要求：
- Bachelor or above degree in Quantity Surveying or related majors
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in procurement, cost and contracts preferably in Real Estate industry, with at least two-year experience in QS consultant firms
- Experience on volume-based procurement of multi-projects is required
- Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English and Chinese
- Strong leadership, result-oriented, multi-tasking capability, possess high integrity
- Able to work independently and work well with internal & external stakeholders
- Good understanding of PRC law and building code, sound business acumen and commercial awareness and practically oriented, ability to identify and resolve procurement issues quickly and effectively
- Entrepreneur spirit, self-motivated, responsible, result-driven, positive and flexible, smart and hard-working, ability to work independently under pressure
