An international commercial and technical consultancy company focused on developing South American and European brands in Asia.
The company is supporting medium size food and beverage companies in their development in Asian markets, by creating and executing the marketing and sales strategies of each product and supervising the sales, marketing, and products within the market.
The Company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Representative who will be responsible to assist in the execution of the strategic plans for China market, supporting the daily operation of sales of current clients and prospects. Assisting in the development of new clients. Working directly for the general manager.
Position: Full-time position as China Sales and Marketing Representative
Reporting line: general manager
Location: Shanghai, Jing’an
**Tasks **
？ Follow up of clients (actual and prospects)
？ Daily sales operation of actual clients providing the information they request
？ Search for potential buyers (cold calls; fairs; network) specifically retailers and industrial channels
？ Assist in business negotiations
？ Assist is solving commercial issues
？ Translations and interpretations: English / Chinese
？ Store checks
？ Market research online and offline
？ Asist in business trips in china
？ Assist with marketing tools elaboration and updates (for offline and digital)
？ Post products on social media too keep clients informed of our offer
？ Write the minutes of each meeting
？ Maintain good relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
？ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

**Requirements**
？ BS degree in business administration or food and beverage sales/admin
？ 5 years previous experience as sales assistant or job related with sales
？ Preferred knowledge of food beverage industry
？ If have worked with retailers or have good database of retailers, is a plus
？ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively with clients
？ Proven ability to do cold calls to potential clients
？ Have assisted to fairs
？ Clear structure in communication
？ Computer literacy, including Outlook, word, excel and internet explorer
？ Flexible and proactive attitude
？ Native mandarin with excellent command of spoken and written English.
