职位描述

JOB DESCRIPTION:
职责说明:
1、 供应商开发包括间接采购和在需要时协助处理部分直接采购
Supplier development includes indirect procurement :
(1) 根据业务需求及市场行业分析,制定相应采购策略及规划,负责从供应商开发、招投标、商务谈判、合同签署到项目交付落地,进行全链路采购管理工作,保证采购项目及时和合规交付,同时不断完善和优化客户采购体验;
According to the business needs and market industry analysis, formulate corresponding procurement strategies and plans, be responsible for the whole link procurement management from supplier development, bidding, business negotiation, contract signing to project delivery and landing, ensure the timely and compliant delivery of procurement projects, and constantly improve and optimize the customer procurement experience;
(2) 负责制定分管物料的降成本策略,组织价格谈判和深度参与新供应商发展和评估,协调跨部门团队实现成本持续降低;
Formulate cost reduction strategies for materials in charge, organize price negotiation and deeply participate in the development and evaluation of new suppliers, and coordinate cross departmental teams to achieve continuous cost reduction;
(3) 负责分管物料类别采购项目的执行,协调项目团队确保项目计划如期达成;
Be responsible for the implementation of material category procurement projects, and coordinate the project team to ensure that the project plan is reached on schedule;
(4) 负责分管物料涉及供应商的年度合同谈判,供应商绩效评估;
Be responsible for the annual contract negotiation and supplier performance evaluation of materials related suppliers
2、供应商管理Supplier management::
(1) 负责签订供应商框架合同,并确认价格等关键信息;
Be responsible for signing the supplier framework contract and confirming the price and other key information;
(2) 负责定期评估采购合同中的风险;
Be responsible for regular evaluation of risks in procurement contracts;
(3) 收集整理供应商的服务表现,评估和改善服务绩效;
Collect and sort out the service performance of suppliers, evaluate and improve service performance;
(4) 根据相关规定,执行供应商的奖惩机制;
Implement the supplier's reward and punishment mechanism according to relevant regulations;
3、降低采购成本Reduce procurement costs
(1) 时时掌握相关物料市场行情,并对关键物料进行成本分析;
Master the market situation of relevant materials from time to time, and analyze the cost of key materials;
(2) 协助采购经理编写和计划供应商降本计划,并努力完成降本目标;
Assist the purchasing manager to prepare and plan the supplier cost reduction plan, and strive to achieve the cost reduction goal;
4、其他工作Other work:
(1) 各部门发起的间接采购需求和在需要时协助处理部分直接采购需求
Indirect purchase demand initiated by each department
(2) 协调安排备品备件的采购事宜(包括进出口、国内运输等);
Arrangement of import and export of spare parts (including coordination of import and export of spare parts);
(3) 与团队的其他成员保持合作互动,分享最优方法及工具;
Maintain cooperation and interaction with other members of the team and share the best methods and tools;
(4) 及时与上级领导和其他部门沟通,解决采购过程发生的突发事件;
Timely communicate with superior leaders and other departments to solve emergencies in the procurement process;
(5) 协助处理本部门环境因素及危险源的识别与更新;
Assist in the identification and updating of environmental factors and hazard sources of the Department;
(6) 协助处理采购过程中的环境因素与危险源的识别及控制;
Assist in the identification and control of environmental factors and hazards in the procurement process;
(7) 完成公司和上级领导交办的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by the company and superior leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
任职资格:
(1) 学历:相关专业本科及以上学历;
Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above;
(2) 具有二年以上间接采购工作经验,有线下活动采购经验者优先;
2 years or above sourcing experience in non-production material, and sourcing experience in marketing events is a plus.
(3) 有较强的沟通和谈判能力;
Having strong skills of communication and negotiation;
(4) 良好的英语听说读写能力;
Good English skills in oral, writing, and reading;
(5) 熟练使用Excel和Powerpoint。
Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
