1.     负责确认检查原材料的信息符合MO要求，并装卸原材料与按要求贮存材料

    

2.     按生产要求负责将完成的半成品流通到下一道工序。

    

3.     进行做过程检验，并定时的输入QSYS或填写IPIR、MO。

    

4.     在生产过程中监管机器的生产状况，发现任何不合格或异常情况时立即停止机器并立刻通知技术员处理，对不良品做好标示由技术员判定处理。

    

5.     维护设备与工作区域的清洁，相关量具的整理及维护，确保机器等相关设备的正常状态。

    

6.     日常数据记录，如个人生产记录，设备维护检查表，机器利用率记录，检查记录等，及时提交给主管确认。

    

7.     负责进行设备、量具、工具与工作区域的5S+安全管理。

    

8.     做好交接班的工作。

    

9.     理解并遵守环境、健康和安全制度以满足安全要求。

    

10.  执行主管及上级安排的其它工作。
