数字战略发展
为企业制定数字营销战略,跨越社交、移动、搜索、CRM等数字元素,并与企业和营销目标相结合
评估新兴技术。在适当的情况下,为采纳提供思想领导力和视角
数字营销管理
领导数字营销活动/数字营销计划的规划、执行、监控和审查–与品牌团队和销售团队密切合作,将数字营销计划完全整合到商业和营销计划流程中
针对不同的数字平台定制品牌创意内容和信息
管理KOL和KOC合作
在关键数字平台(如Red、TikTok、微信)上培养“如何沟通”和“如何投资”的专业知识
使用常规记分卡定义、跟踪和解释数字活动的绩效指标;综合经验教训和改进机会
管理CRM和相关投资
数字营销投资管理
管理数字预算,并能够优先安排项目,以实现团队目标。

Job responsibilities
Digital strategy development
Develop digital marketing strategy for business, across digital elements such as social, mobile, search, CRM – integrated to business and marketing objectives
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Digital marketing management
Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and review of digital campaigns / digital marketing initiatives – working closely with Brand team and Sales team to fully integrate digital marketing planning into commercial and marketing planning process
Tailor brand creative content and messages for different digital platforms
Manage KOL and KOC collaboration
Develop expertise on “how to communicate” and “how to invest” on key digital platforms (e.g., Red, TikTok, Wechat)
Define, track, and interpret performance metrics for digital campaigns with regular scorecard; synthesize learnings and opportunities for improvement
Manage CRM and related investments
Digital marketing investment management
Manage digital budget and able to prioritize projects to meet team objectives.
Qualifications
2-4 years working experience in brand marketing and or digital marketing experience
Experience working in in FMCG
Experience scaling small brand, especially through digital channels
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Growth mindset (curious, welcome failure as learning)
Performance driven (high standards and strive to beat standards)
Agile (thrives under pressure, experiments and adapts)
Strong ownership (bring solution instead of problem, challenges status quo)

This person will be responsible to provide thought leadership in digital ecosystem strategy, lead digital marketing integration into the campaign planning process, and manage day-to-day digital marketing investment; in order to deliver on the brand’s sales, profit, and market share objectives.
