1、 根据项目经理的安排和公司开发新产品的需求包括新模具的流程和要求，协调项目小组成员及相关部门和人员，确保新项目根据计划进度，顺利开发和进行，全程负责领导新项目的开发。包括但不限于：参与产品设计，组织和领导产品设计评审，模具评审，制定项目计划，确认及导入BOM，产品测试验证，组织项目启动会和量产前动员会，模具的测试、验证和验收，样品整理、准备和送样，和直至新项目顺利量产等。
According to program manager’s arrangement and requests of CMP develops new products including new mold process and requirements, Coordinate with project team members and related departments and personnel to ensure new projects are on schedule, and make sure the development and progress smoothly. In charge of new project development. Including but not limited to: Participates in product design, Organize and lead part design review, mold design review, make project planning, confirm and import BOM, production part testing and verification, organize project kick off meeting and mass production meeting. Mold trial, verification and acceptance, sample collection , preparing and sending，till to mass production and so on.
2、 发起或接收ECN任务，并按ECN要求及时完成。
Request and take ECN tasks, and complete ECN on time as requirements.
3、 协助生产等有关部门解决生产的产品质量及QR和DMR等问题。
Assist Operation team and other relevant departments to solve the product quality and QR and DMR problems.
4、 有效执行工程部及公司各项流程。
Implement engineering and company processes effectively.
5、 确保ISO相关工程部分能够持续有效运行，并做好工程文件和样品的管理及存档等工作。
Ensure that the ISO related engineering can be continuously and effectively run, promote to do well the engineering file and samples management archiving.
6、 5S整理。保持本部门的工作及样品区域的整洁。

7、 及时向项目经理和美国项目团队以及上级汇报项目进度状况；
Report project progress to project manager and US project team and superior in time.
8、 定期对自身进行考核并有计划性的进行一些培训提高。

9、 完成上级领导下达的其他任务；

任职资格：
1、 教育水平: 大专及以上学历，机械类，模具类，材料成型类，或者高分子材料类相关专业毕业
Education level: college degree or above；Graduation of mechanical, mold, material molding, or polymer materials.
2、 培训经历: 项目管理，质量管理体系培训以及内审员证书是加分项。
Training experience: project management, quality management system training, and internal auditor's certificate are added points
3、 工作经验: 3年以上塑料产品项目管理, 结构设计或者制程岗位工作经验
Work experience: more than 3 years of related job experience in plastic product development and structural design or working experience in process.
4、 技能与能力: 熟练掌握AutoCAD绘图软件，熟练运用Solidworks软件，熟练使用办公软件；能用英语进行书面和口语交流；熟悉新产品开发流程，并能确保量产能够顺利进行；熟练的公差配合分析能力，偏差纠正和预防能力；对塑料模具结构很熟悉；有一定的项目管理经验；具有平衡成本与质量的能力和意识。ERP的概念和技术方面的职责经验。
