Job Description
1. Process control & sustain: Documents (FMEA/CP/SOP/WI) generation and update, system creating.
2. Yield improvement and quality enhancement.
3. Line abnormal, quality issue, yield loss investigation and quickly action taken.
4. Conduct engineering DOEs and apply statistical analysis method to solve problems, make decision with data.
5. Lead KIP projects on cost reduction, yield, quality, capacity and productivity improvements.
6. New material/tooling development.
7. 8D prepare and present for QAF/RMA cases.
8. Co-work with other function teams for key projects.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor or above in Mechatronics or Material Science.
2. 5+ year working experience in MD process, stack die product of C-mold experience will be preferred.
3. MD material/tooling knowledge in design and optimization. (Molding compound/mold chase…).
4. Be familiar with molding process and creating new recipe independently.
5. Experienced in process control and improvement, data analysis, and problem solving
6. Be good at QC skill, such as 7QC tools, MSA, SPC, 8D report, DOE etc.
7. Be familiar with reporting/data analysis software.(PPT, excel, JMP, Minitab, AUTOCAD, Solidwork…)
8. Detail and action oriented, self-started, ability to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions.
9. Ability to work effectively with multi-functional team member, with good communication skills.
10. Good verbal and written in English
