Battery Module/Pack Tests

- Involve in test preparation on necessary parts, battery packs and special treatment, HV cables, communication harness, fixtures

and etc.

-  Help to define and checking parts amount, fixture installation interface, and communication interface with test center and

Munich.

-  Communicate with test center for test timeline, procedures, test details, device details, and etc. And make proper

documentation into timeline plan and testing specification.

-   Onsite support for all battery module/pack tests, to ensure a smooth test in test center and well documentation about all testing

details.

-  Configure IXXAT box, vector CAN device, and Ediabus/E-sys to ensure a correct communication with battery pack for battery

pack pre-condition, charging, discharging.

-  Install battery module/pack on the fixture correctly for vibration test.

-  Ensure battery pack is well prepared and sealed correctly for environmental tests.

-   Prepare for the thermal propagation tests according to BMW and test center specification. Make sure all necessary signals is

measured, recorded and thermal propagation is triggered as planned.

- Ensure the testing report is issued on time and with

correct parameters in the report.

- 为所有的电池模块/电池组测试提供现场支持，确保测试中心的测试顺利进行，并对所有的测试细节做好记录。

- 配置IXXAT盒、矢量CAN设备和Ediabus/E-sys，以确保与电池组进行正确的通信，进行电池组预处理、充电和放电。

-         

- 将电池模块/电池组正确安装在夹具上进行振动测试。

-         

- 确保电池组为环境测试做好充分准备和正确密封。

-         

- 根据宝马公司和测试中心的规范，为热传播测试做准备。确保所有必要的信号被测量、记录，热传播按计划被触发。

-         

- 确保测试报告按时发布，并在报告中提供正确的参数。

Basic Qualification Requirements

？-         

Bachelor or Master Degree in automotive / electrical

/ electronic / mechanical engineering or similar.

-         

Chinese native speaker and very good in spoken and

written English. German is a plus.

-         

Rich knowledge in CAN-Bus system and tools: CAN,

DBC, CAN-FD, Vector CANoe, Vector CAN analyzer.

-         

Experience of battery testing, test bench, or

battery development/validation.
