Job Requirement:
1. 具有室内设计相关专业本科或以上学历；
Has a Bachelor degree or Master degree in interior design;
2. 具有五至八年室内空间设计经验，服务业（包括餐饮、酒店的设计经验）或办公、商业)的设计及概念发展，能够参与竞图设计提案。有成功的设计案例；
Must have 5-8 years work experiences in interior design, is experienced in design and concept development for hospitality projects including restaurants and hotels, or office and commercial space projects; Ability to participate in bidding for design proposals. has a good design project portfolio;
3.有独特的设计理念，敏锐的色彩感觉，有独道的方案设计理念，思路清晰，方案把控能力强熟练掌握建模、制图类软件和基本办公软件，包括但不限于CAD/SU/ADOBE/OFFICE等;
Must have an unique design concept and a keen sense of colors. Able to master modeling，drawing softwares and other office softwares, including but not limited to CAD/SU/ADOBE/OFFICE;
4,具备独立方案深化的能力。能够协调各专业设计工作，并具有审核全套施工图的能力；具备创新设计思维，熟悉各类材料及工艺流程，对家具品牌和软装有深入了解；
Able to do design development independently；able to coordinate design work with different parties and have the ability to verify a complete set of construction drawings；possess the ability of innovative design thinking, and familiar with all kinds of materials and their technical flow process；have a deep realization of furniture brands and FF&E;
5.对设计的呈现有控制能力，熟悉施工流程，善于沟通问题，有丰富的工地施工管理经验者优先；
Able to control the presentation of design;be familiar with the construction process, and good at communicating and co-ordinate issues; Candidates with rich experience in construction site management are preferred;
6.思维严谨，富有激情，对项目有责任心；具备优异的团队管理能力，解决问题的能力，能带领团队独立工作;
Full of enthusiasm for work;and willing to take responsibility for projects; has good team management skills and problem solving skills, and is able to lead a team independently;
7.能用英语流利沟通优先。
The ability to communicate in English fluently is preferred.

Job Role:
1.独立完成概念设计，设计深化等相关创意与设计工作；
Able to work and finish on conceptual design independently；design development and other creative and design work;
2.完成材料清单，材料样板制作，与供应商沟通图纸等工作；
Work on working on material list and making material models；and communicate drawings with suppliers;
3.协助和配合完成现场设计问题，协助完成项目现场拍摄。
-Assist and co-ordinate, complete design for project sites, assist for photo shooting for the site.

RooMoo Design Studio （前DMC）成立于2015年多元文化的上海，由一群热爱设计的多文化背景团队组成，对本土文化的理解和国际化的视野让我们更愿意尝试和探索传统文化与当代生活的临界点。

我们不仅关注材料、空间品质、细节以及整体设计录出，同时也把家具、装置以及插画等相关设计衍生纳入到我们的工作范围内，打破原有空间设计秩序，用我们自己的方式建立与外界的连接。

成立以来，我们完成的项目收到了国内和国外多个专业设计媒体的认可（如DesignBoom、gooood&MD等）。我们很高兴可以和像Canada Goose、YumChina、Mofang等这样的国际化公司合作；也结识了很多热爱探索边界的小而精的Le Coq、Whatever等品牌。

RooMoo is an interior design studio founded in Shanghai by Tao Zhang, Ray Zhang, and Marine Bois. The three come from different backgrounds: landscape, architecture, interior, product design, and soft decoration. Combining their strength allows them to realize big-scale projects such as a community compound, hotel architecture, commercial interior design to select soft decoration pillows on the sofa.

Regardless of the range of scales projects, their central ethos makes each project unique. For each project, we focus on bringing a singular response to the need and aims of all our clients. To do that, RooMoo systematically does some research and investigation for every project. They execute this research with a humble approach. We study the ordinary to be able to create the outstanding. Therefore, each concept story for every project will be unique. Each material surface used will be subject to a long approach and search. Each fixed piece of furniture and lighting will be bespoke for every project, and each graphic design in every carpet and wallpaper will be customized.

RooMoo is willing to play with materials at the crossroads between industrialization and craftsmanship. To apply, re-invent, add, re-use what exists for the pleasure of living to achieve sustainability and protect the environment. RooMoo anchor aims to be environmentally friendly all along the design process and during the construction. They like to give a new life to existing material and bring details through craftsmanship to elevate the beauty of the ordinary.

Even though RooMoo worked extensively on a hospitality project, they also explored commercial and residential projects with solid knowledge about the food and beverage industry and hospitality function. The diversity of our multicultural team allows us to explore the critical point between the local culture and internationalization.
