POSITION SUMMARY:      

职位概要：

The Service Center  Technician is responsible to perform testing, troubleshooting, repair and  modification of avionics products. The primary work will be using tools and  equipment to repair various moderate to complex assemblies/units and meet the  quality standard. The technician will provide excellence in customer service  quality and delivery performance, play as a team member to assure the operation  team can meet company goals in changing business environment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:    

主要职责：

 

Performs the repair activities on  avionics products consisting of disassembly, assembly, testing and  troubleshooting in accordance with the approved data and procedures.根据批准的文件实施日常的维修工作，包含组装，拆卸，测试，排故和修理等；

Examines customer units for potentially  defective parts, conduct the functional tests and analyzes the results to identify  the cause of failures. 检查识别潜在的缺陷部件，进行各项测试并分析结果以确定产品故障；

Inspects own work and performs cross inspection to insure a quality product which  conforms to workmanship standards and technical requirements. 进行自检和互检工作以确保修理的产品满足质量和各项技术指标要求；

Accurately records the details of the  work performance in accordance with the requirements. 根据要求及时准确的记录完成的各项修理工作；

Communicates problems/observations/ on  repair work effectively and timely.  对修理过程中发现的问题进行及时有效的沟通；

Properly prioritizes and manages time  to meet production needs as assigned by leads and management.  根据领导和管理层的交办的任务正确安排优先级并合理安排时间以满足生产需求；

Supports and promotes continuous  process improvement and Lean initiatives. Provide ideas for and participates in  Lean activities, events, and other process improvement initiatives.  促进流程持续改进和精益生产。积极参与精益生产活动、项目和其他流程改善事项并提供意见；

Understands safety requirements and  performs duties in accordance with all safety procedures. Participates in  facility safety program.  按照安全规程了解安全需求并在实际工作中履行相关职责，参与工厂安全管理项目；

Follows all applicable laws and  regulations applicable to company operations.  遵守所有适用于公司业务运营的法律和规章。

QUALIFICATIONS 资历 

Applicable college degree or above; 大专以上学历；

2 years or more experience on  avionics/electronics products in an operations or supply chain organization; 2年以上航电或电子产品工厂相关工作经验；

Has a basic knowledge of lean concept  e.g. Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work etc. 基本的精益生产理念，如：持续改善，标准化工作，根原因分析和纠正措施等；

Appropriate English level in reading  & writing is required, proficient in following technical document and work  instructions. 一定的英语读写能力，能依据英文技术文件、指导说明实施操作；

Possess  Civil Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License is preferred. 拥有民航部件维修人员执照者优先。
