Duties and Responsibilities:
? Support Sales China with
o Acquisition of new customers and active development of existing MEDTEC customer relationships
o Liaison and support of existing as well as newly acquired customers
o Market observation and competitor analysis
? Generate regular sales reports
? Assist in co-ordination of customer projects and regional meetings
? Management of Trade and Exhibition Shows in China
? Processing sales quotes, purchase orders, invoices, letter of credit, credit management/monitoring of Account Payables and Account Receivables
? Updating customer data on company’s in-house CRM system
? Co-ordinate deliveries with local 3rd party warehouses for local customers
? Monitor order, lead time and shipping status for incoming products from intercompany manufacturing plant
? Inventory planning and maintenance of inventory stock at the local 3rd party warehouses
? Knowledge in handling confidential corporate documentations and audit processes are a must
? Co-ordinate and support the monthly account closing with our external book-keeper
? General office ad-hoc duties, including hotel reservations, air ticket booking, maintaining office files and records, translation of correspondence and documents, processing bill payments and expense claims for Sales Managers, maintenance of the office etc.

Candidate Profile:
? Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Logistics or related field
? At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in sales support or administration within the medical or pharmaceutical industry
? Friendly disposition and good in handling customer relationship
? Able to work independently and reliably with excellent attention to details
? Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
? Ability to work with people from diverse cultures
? Focused and result oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Proficiency in SAP and computer skills
