French Dentist, an expat dental clinic is currently seeking to hire a Marketing & Communications Manager responsible for the growth and development of the company.

Job description/ 职位描述:

Annual plan / monthly calendar: Develop together annual / monthly event and calendars.

Media management: Work with media (focused on local and social) to drive the interests and the business. Build opportunities for good media exposure.

Our platforms: Manage our own platforms and presence through third party apps (company website, WeChat official accounts, group chats, etc). Build content, create graphic posters, activities and interest. Manage of monthly report of the above mentioned activities and analyze the efficiency and improvement.

Events management: Manage the planning and implementation of routine regular and special events, and campaign. Including budget management, production of promotional materials such as posters, invitations, decorations, etc. Promote, execute, assess and improve the regular set of activities. Plus provide suggestions of new ideas.

Service review: Support and consult on service levels to customers to a top, international standard.

Collaborations: Build relations with a target list of ‘the right’ corporate partners and other groups, and develop mutually beneficial collaborations.

Market research: Market research and reporting on lifestyle trends in the market

Private events: Lead the proposal, planning and arrangements of private events, as assigned, coordinating the team

Other duties as requested by manager.

Language: English ( fluent), Chinese (native speaker) Proficiency

Computer skills: Adobe design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Starting date: as soon as possible

Location: Shanghai

Full-time or Part-time (3-day per week)

In-house and sometimes out office for Event.

- 合作：与“合适的”企业合作伙伴和其他团体的目标清单建立关系，并发展互利合作。

- 市场研究：市场研究和市场生活方式趋势报告

- 私人活动：根据指派领导私人活动的提案、计划和安排，协调团队

-语言技能：英语流利，法语一般（优先选择），广告排版，PDF编辑，Photoshop
