- You will provide commercial and technical support to sales timely and effectively.
- You will provide commercial and technical quotations.
- You will be responsible for the preparation of bidding documents and cooperation in bidding.
- You will prepare contract text and review commercial contract terms.
- You will complete the company's internal approval process (technical + commercial) and ensure the order is transferred to the project manager.
- You will coordinate internal supporting function, especially engineering, SCM and master planning to respond to project cost and delivery capacity.
- You will perform other business-related duties according to business requirements.

- Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or electrical/automatic control/mechanical.
- More than 5 years of work experience, minimum 2 years of tender quotation experience.
- Proficient in computer skill, MS-Office software.
- Understand general financial knowledge.
- Strong sense of responsibility, striving to overcome difficult tasks and accept challenges, be creative, initiative to undertake more responsibilities.
- Excellent skills in organization and coordination, keep good communication with other functions, focus on team working and result oriented.
