Key Account Executive, Proceq – A Screening Eagle Technologies company (Shanghai/Guangzhou/Chengdu)

You will be joining our team as part of our taskforce in China on the mission to protect the built world. Your role is responsible for driving regional sales growth in China - together with our China team, typically in utility, road, building, construction, energy, aerospace sectors


Job Title: Key Account Executive, report to China Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for sales and distribution of all products in assigned region.

2. Focus on the development of new customer and application, especially in utility and road business, for NDT total solution. Make reasonable schedule and plan of customer visiting for sales business.

3. Develop and maintain the local channel network. Strengthen the area coverage of business. Support partners to develop their business.

4. Improve and maintain the relationship with customers. Provide timely solutions for customers about their need and concern.

5. Provide sales pitch, technical support and product training to partners and customers. Be willing to pick up extra tasks.

6. Do market study to understand the local market dynamics. Give timely feedback on sales

development, competitors, and market change.

7. Follow-up quotations and manage sales pipeline. Make clear monthly, quarterly, annual

forecast and execution plan to achieve sales revenue.

8. Submit weekly reports per the instructions issued by line manager.

9. Travel when and where required.


Your qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering background. Civil engineering or physics is preferred.

2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in infrastructure and quality inspection market, especially for NDT instrumentation. Good experience of GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar), road inspection and direct selling is preferred.

3. Be proficient in MS office, SAP, Windows, iPad/iPhone OS.

4. Good communication skills, oral and written, English and Mandarin both.

5. Task and deadline oriented, a pleasant personality, be active, able to work under high pressure, quick learning abilities and teamwork skills.

6. Free and receptive to frequent travel. Over 50% is preferred.
