• PO arrangement and place POs to suppliers properly
• Work with supplier for all kinds of issues and problems
• Follow up the production schedule tightly to ensure that PO can be shipped out before the delivery date specified in PO, take quick reaction to have factory expediate,  hold off or cancell PO/items when needed

• Coordinate all sea/air shipments with freight forwarder and/or shipping company to ensure the shipments to be arranged properly, including container consolidation, vessel schedule coordinating

• Help EXW suppliers complete the export process, verify shipping documents

• Coordinate with QA/QC team and Logistics team to achieve the PO processing

Education and/or Experience:

• College degree of related major.
• Have minimum 3 years related experience in a relevant environment.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Familiar with import / export procedures.
• Good communication skills and rapport.
