KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

e Responsible for achievement of sales, profitability and Cash Flow targets on the field locally

e Guarantees the customer satisfaction on the field locally

e Guarantees adequate market feedback on the Segment trends

e Guarantees the GSN code application on the field

e Guarantees respect of Technogym cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance

e Other tasks assigned by direct leader and senior management

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

e Direct Sales techniques (consultative approach)

e Negotiation skills

e Long term customer relationship approach

e CRM management knowledge

e Advanced software use

e Segment (Club, H&H, HC&P) features, trends, systems knowledge
