Skill requirements:

• Demonstrable Knowledge in HR processes and procedures.

• Knowledge of industry standards and requirements

• Knowledge of training processes

• Knowledge of employment law, standard terms and conditions and benefits.

• Knowledge of purchasing processes. .

• Excellent knowledge of Chinese, spoken and written English

• German would be an advantage.

• Excellent team player with good communications skills for interfacing internally and externally.

• Good Knowledge of XLS, PPT and other Microsoft tools.

• Demonstrable ability to learn quickly

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all HR records are up to date, valid and correct, including contracts, individual NDA’s.

• Manage and control and drive continuous improvements in training process

• Ensure training processes are according to required standards. Train others as re-quired.

• Manage internal trainer system, and keep the process well followed and updated

• Manage and control and drive the developing plan for SASS employees

• Manage the resources of external trainings, ensure the good supplier management.

• Manage and drive improvements in HR procedures and processes, comply with company standards.

• Drive and improve self and others in HR capability

• Continuous Improvement

• Support various audits on HR topics.

• Manage monthly report for owned responsibilities.
