GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for the daily operation of reception and handling of visitors and administrative affairs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handle in-coming phone calls; 
2. Greet visitor and handle outsiders as per procedure on SOP;
3. Assists in receiving/sending and registering all incoming samples/documents;
4. Notifies team members to collect their samples/documents in a timely manner;
5. Travel arrangement for other colleagues, including hotel booking and flight booking;
6. Events arrangement, assists with special activities, functions, and off-site meetings;
7. Implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office administrative management policies and procedures;
8. Manage and order supplies within budget guidelines;
9. Maintaining office equipment;
10. Perform other clerical support as delegated;
11. Assist HR & Administrative Manager with administrative assistant functions.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

• Fluency in spoken English, Mandarin.
• Excellent telephone and greeting manner
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multi-tasks
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.

WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

   Inexperienced candidates are accepted, previous work experience is preferred.
