Responsibilities职责:

1. Responsible for leading cross-functional Program team to reach the target of timing, cost and quality, in every program phase, to deliver successful Program

   负责领导跨部门的项目组达成项目各阶段的时间、成本、质量目标，以成功完成项目

2. Responsible to integrate and coordinate program timing plan to meet customer requirement

   负责集成并协调项目时间计划，以满足客户需求

3. Responsible for leading program team, organizing regularly program meeting to follow up the program status

   负责项目团队的领导，定期组织项目小组会议跟踪项目状态

4. Responsible for Program risk identification, to take timely risk prevention measures, if necessary, to obtain management support

   负责项目的风险识别，及时采取风险预防措施，必要时获取管理层的支持

5. Responsible for communication with Customer, in term of program management

   负责在项目管理方面与客户的沟通

6. Responsible for monitoring all commercial related work from project kick off to project SOP(like getting the payment for the cost defined in commercial contract,  modification contact and follow up , sample contact and follow up, supply commercial contract etc.)

   负责管控从项目启动到项目投产之间所有有关商务工作(如按商务合同收回有关费用，更改的合同签订及执行，样件合同签订及执行,采购供货合同等)

7. Support communication with supplier, in term of program management

   协助在项目管理方面与供应商的沟通

8. Support setting up and maintaining related procedure and working instruction

   协助建立和维护相关的程序文件及作业指导书

9. Other tasks assigned by the superior

   领导安排的其他工作

    

   Requirements要求:

   1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering

   工程专业本科以上学历

   2. More than 5 years working for program management, and more than 3 years working experience in Auto area, and at least 3 years working for program management

   5年以上相关项目管理工作经验，并且3年以上汽车行业相关工作经验

   3. Good communication and fast learning. Good command of oral and written English.

   良好的沟通能力和优秀的学习能力,良好的英语能力

   4. Knowledge of IATF16949 and 5 tools(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA) , be familiar with APQP at least.

   了解IATF16949及质量管理五大工具（APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA），熟悉APQP的知识及应用。
