JOB DESCRIPTION:
职位描述：
As a warehouse responsible, your role is to plan and coordinate all operations related with warehouse activity in relation with one or more clients.
仓库管理员的主要职责是安排和协调仓库相关一个或多个客户业务。

More in details you will need to:
详细工作内容有：
Be update about weekly forecast (incoming / out coming q.ty); make sure worker force, equipment and area is suitable to carry out all daily activities on time; make sure workers are well trained and supervise operations, keep under control daily flow to be sure no delay to client; communicate with client, supplier and forwarding company about daily operations; supervise consumable material stock and prepare purchasing application to be approved by manager; participating in drafting SOP and train staff.
更新每周数量预测报告（到货数量/出货数量），确保工作量，设备及区域安排完成准时每日工作安排。确保工人训练有素，并监督指导。控制每日正常流量，保证不会导致客户业务的延迟；与客户，供应商以及货代紧密配合；监管库存易耗品以及在需要前提前下单；参与设计标准作业程式以及培训员工。

REQUIRED SKILLS:
技能要求：
The resource has a strong ability in planning and schedule main activities run in warehouse. The resource is familiar with most common warehouse management system (WMS) and its logics. He/She understands documents/procedures related with IN-OUT Bounded Warehouse flow management. He/She already had 2/3 years working experience as WH responsible and He/She has been managing during his/her experience team group of about 10-20 persons. The resource must have a good understanding of English language both written and spoken.
应聘者需要有优秀的计划和安排运营先进仓库事项的能力。应聘者需要熟悉常用仓库管理系统以及其逻辑。他/她需要了解出入报税仓库管理流程相关的文件及步骤。他/她需要有2-3年仓库负责人的工作经验，并且在过去的工作经历中领导过10-20人的团队。应聘者必须有良好的英语说写能力。
