RPO Recruiter

 

Key responsibilities:     

-          Building strong expertise in the client organization and establishing partnership with stakeholders as their trusted advisor.

-          Managing stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers and heads of businesses.

-          Managing end-to-end recruitment process; candidate sourcing/screening/shortlisting, driving business

-          Maximizing usage of direct sourcing channels and filling vacancies efficiently as defined by SLAs / KPIs.

-          Generating timely and accurate data/metrics on recruitment activities and providing meaningful reporting to management.

-          Providing up-to-date, accurate and value-adding market intelligence to the client.

-          Managing relationships and performances of external recruitment vendors where necessary.

 

Qualifications:

You will be an innovative, resourceful and versatile professional who is keen to develop a long term career with an award winning, global RPO brand. In addition, we are looking for the following attributes:

-          At least 3+ years hands-on recruitment experience, Pharma industry recruitment experience is preferred

-          Experience of coaching less experienced recruiters and/or researchers

-          Experience of operating in demanding, professional and data-driven environments

-          Strong understanding and track record in direct sourcing channels within China

-          Bilingual in Mandarin and English

-          Degree level qualification from an accredited university / institution
