- Purchase of GEMO group

- Preparation of orders by means of order proposal list, shortage reports and requirements of manufacturing

department

- Supervision, investigation and processing of order confirmations regarding delivery date, price etc.

- Preparation and Administration of inquiries and offers

- Accounting control by ERP-system

- Handling of claims by BABTEC, miscellaneous charges/fees

- Generating diverse statistic data

- Supervision of delivery dates and adaption if necessary

- Entry and modification of master data

- Interaction with purchase of GEMO group

任职资格：

- Successfully terminated commercial apprenticeship, maybe advanced training as examined merchant for

Purchase and Logistics

- At least 3 to 5 years of proved practice in purchase department of an manufacturing company, technical

understanding and experience in automotive segment are welcome

- Business fluent English

- Very good Office-knowledge

- Proved experience with ERP-systems

- Technical expertise

-Bachelor degree
