1. 根据公司销售计划制定具体的销售策略并有效执行。
2. 独立有效的开发新的客户。通过定期拜访和交流建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道。
3. 负责挖掘潜在客户，并对客户开发情况进行跟踪，建立长期、良好、稳固的客户关系
4. 负责收集市场和行业信息，加深了解。

任职要求

1. 男女不限，理工科背景； 本科以上学历，自动化、电子或机械类相关专业
2. 具备半导体集成电路测试硬件工程或销售经验；或具备相关ICT的夹具测试硬件工程或销售经验；
3. 3年及以上测试厂或设计公司经验优先
4. 热爱销售工作，性格积极主动，沟通协调能力佳，语言表达能力强，思维敏捷，勤奋，敢于承担压力；
5. 能独立拓展业务，完成销售任务指标；
6. 英语熟练交流。
