1. This role will be under the responsibility of the Regional Marketing Manager Fine Fragrance APAC and will work in close collaboration with cross-region Fine Fragrance Marketing team, Development & Sales.
2. Development, update and continuous improvement of the marketing fundamentals & Fine Fragrance tools in China, in consistency with Global alignment: APAC community feed, product database, Zoom On, ID cards, In the Air, Genealogy, and the annual China Trend Digest, and China Deep Dive.
3. Support the execution of the regional Fine Fragrance Marketing Plan to grow the business through local/regional targeted accounts, always enhancing Symrise core competencies and technologies – with special focus the Chinese market and clients. Creating and delivering presentation and workshops.
4. Work closely with regional Development & Sales team to deliver customer branded solutions identifying gaps, and opportunities. From concepts creation to full integrated solutions including: market & olfactive trend analysis, consumer insights, brand review, storytelling to experiential immersion.
5. Develop proactive projects and showcase category trend expertise through comprehensive category presentation and innovative workshops from Global to Local inspiration.
6. Leverage Global marketing network, processes and best practices to ensure high efficiency in work stream, within APAC and with Global Fine Fragrance teams.
7. A plus… Own and upgrade the graphic design standards for the region: professionally editing images and think of other innovative formats to support our regional communication (internal and external) and development of mock up packaging designs. Video editing would be an advantage as well.

Requirement:

    

Education:

• Master degree in business or marketing.
• Ideally specialized in perfumery or with previous experience in a fragrance house.

                

Qualifications:

• Fluent English.
• Native Chinese speaker.
• Office Tools (PPT, Excel, Word).
• Photoshop, Indesign and Video Editing would be an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills, able to come up with an insightful diagnosis of a situation/problem and recommend a convincing action plan.
