职位描述
- 参与编制公司年度预算，季度滚动预测及月度预算执行情况分析报告；及时总结、落实预算方法，推动公司各部门预算能力提升；participate in the preparation of the company's annual budget, quarterly rolling forecasts and monthly budget performance analysis report; summarize and implement the budget method in a timely manner, and promote the improvement of the company's budget capacity
- 根据公司业务特点，与业务部门密切合作， 使各业务部门能够及时、便利地获得准确的运营相关的财务数据或财务政策指导，支持决策流程；according to the characteristics of the company's business, work closely with business departments to enable each business department to obtain accurate and relevant financial data or financial policy guidance in a timely and convenient manner, and support decision-making processes
- 根据公司管理要求，提供专项分析报告；ad hoc business scenario analysis and various business presentations.
- 识别业务流程中的内控风险点，改善内控风险，完善公司流程；identify internal control risk points in business processes, improve internal control risks, and improve company
- 参与和协助公司系统化建设 Participate in and assist the systematic construction of the company
任职资格
1、会计相关专业本科以上学历。Bachelor degree or above, accounting degree or related.
2、3年以及以上FP&A或者Reporting或者会计事务所工作经验，有医药研发企业经验优先。At least 3 years working experience in FP&A or reporting or accounting firm, with experience in pharmaceutical is preferred.
3、熟练操作办公软件及ERP系统。Skilled in operating office software and ERP systems.
4、熟悉企业财务制度及流程，精通国家及地方政府财务政策及法律法规。Familiar with corporate financial systems and processes, proficient in national and local government financial policies and laws and regulations.
6、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，团队合作意识强，能承受较大的工作压力 Good organization, coordination, communication skills, strong teamwork awareness, can withstand greater work pressure
7、英文流利 Fluent English
优先条件：
1. 有生物医药公司工作经验优先；
2. 有SAP或者金蝶系统经验优先；
3. 有OA或者其他IT项目管理经验优先；
