·    Driving short and long-term strategy for PPC, SEO and outbound e-mail to generate multi-channel traffic, awareness, opportunities and Revenue.

·    Managing partner/vendor relationship and efficiency.

·    Optimize and update the Chinese website, including hosting.

·    Content management, including testimonials, graphics and video.

·    Manage translations from original format until web publishing and reviews.

·    Manage/optimize data flows between web and CRM.

·    Ensure product launches to have an adequate online presence and online marketing.

·    Optimize the Digital Marketing lead qualification process.

·    Establish local visual and daily management to report and continuously improve.

·    Be a digital Marketing thought leader, influencing various Esko departments and DHR opcos by integrating cutting edge digital marketing strategies.

·    Accountable for meeting marketing goals, while identifying new opportunities to grow the business, helping Esko to be a leader in digital marketing and online communication in Greater China.

·    Controlling the Greater China Baidu budget.

·    Control and manage Esko’s Social media presence

·    Help other marketing events. (especially exhibition)

Qualifications and professional knowledge:

The technical or specific knowledge required to perform the job successfully (e.g. diploma and/or level of education required for the job, languages, programming languages, …)

·    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing.

·    5 years’ experience in marketing, with proficient SEO/SEM expertise. Candidate with PPC platform/agency background is preferred.

·    Good communication skills in English

·    Be able to handle multi-tasks and good teamwork spirit.

Excellent in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Power Point
