Order Management:

    

*Enter manual orders, order changes (incl. cancellation and rescheduling) and forecasts

    

*Process / confirm orders and forecasts;

    

*Initiate shipments;

    

Reporting expert & Data analysis:

    

*Drive continuous tool, process and quality improvements and towards digitalization with standardization as the foundation step by analysis of present processes and identify opportunities;

    

*Create and implement initiatives, business process development, and operative process management;

    

*Prepare and support implementation (e.g. participate in User Acceptance Test) and communication plan;

    

*Report process performance, requirements and changes.

    

*Actively drive and support process standardization, first-level process automation (e.g. Macro) and end-to-end process optimization.

    

*Support Internal Control testing and audit; and other audits.

       

任职要求:   

· Degree in Computer Science; Supply Chain Mgmt, Engineering or related.

    

· 3-5 years related work experience;

    

· Good at Excel i.e. Macro design and Data analytical skills

    

· Ability to work with SAP, ERP, CRM, Microsoft Application.

    

· Pro-active and able to work under pressure.

    

· Good interpersonal skill to manage communication effectively

    

· Good knowledge at Innovation and Automation is preferred.

    

· Able to work independently.

    

· Fluent English in oral and writing
