职位描述

Job description:

-   Sell auto and industrial lubricants, find and develop new customers, distributors, key accounts and large industrial and automotive customers;

    销售汽车和工业润滑剂,寻找和开发新的客户、经销商、主要客户以及大型的工业和汽车行业的客户;

-   Maintain, develop and support existing customers, distributors and key accounts keeping customer satisfaction;

    维护、发展及支持现有客户、经销商及主要客户并保持客户满意度;

-   Prospect and identify potential new distributors and large direct industrial customers. Make sales presentations, negotiations and close sales agreements in line with Party A’s commercial policies and strategies;

     开发和确立新的潜在经销商和对口的大型工业客户。根据甲方商业制度和策略,制作销售演示文稿、谈判并缔结销售合同;

-    Implement distributor program with clear targets and objectives and monitor performances against plan.

     目标清晰地执行销售方案并按照方案计划进行实际操作;

-    Manage and support implementation of marketing propositions & promotions

     管理和支持营销方案和推广的执行;

-    Proactively liaise and communicate with all departments within Party A to ensure customer’s requirements are met.

     积极主动与甲方各部门联络沟通以确保满足客户的需求;

-    Organize and participate to all technical seminar and training of distributors or customers sales persons regarding lubricating oil and application. Introduce lubricants products characteristics and technology. Answer all relevant questions raised from the customers

      组织并参加经销商和客户销售人员的所有与润滑油及其应用的技术会议和培训,介绍润滑剂产品的特征和技术,并回答客户提出的所有相关问题。

-     Understand and anticipate Customer needs in terms of technical support and services and able to prepare complete proposals including products and services.

      了解并预知客户对于技术支持和服务的需求并能够为其准备产品和服务相关的完整方案。

-     Collect information from customers, distributors and competitors and set up databases;

      从客户、经销商及竞争者处搜集相关信息并建立数据库;

-     Provide customer insight and process expertise to industrial distributors in cooperation with Party A’s technical assistance, to ensure products applications is fully in line with current and future key customer and market needs;

      与甲方的技术支持合作,向工业经销商提供客户的理解和工艺专长以确保产品应用完全符合目前和将来主要客户和市场的需求;

-     follow up and ensure customers’ payment and monitor credit status in line with Party A’s policies and strategies

      追踪并确保客户付款并根据甲方的制度和策略对客户的信用状态进行监控。


        Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above;

  本科及以上学历

- 1-2 years working experience in industrial business (lubricants preferred);

   1-2年工业润滑油渠道管理工作经验

- Proactive, self-motivated, high on achievement, result-oriented, able to work under pressure;

   积极主动,积极主动,业绩优秀,以结果为导向,能承受工作压力;

- English language is a plus;

   具有英文能力优先;

- Able to travel frequently;
